labview launching: only splash screen, but no environnment

hello! on a recent labview 2020 SP1 installation, I can't launch the environment
the "splash screen" is appearing, but the processus disappear immediately after splash screen closing. no environment is launched

what I tried to solve:
-NI package manager ->labview->button "repair"
-removing all of my firewalls

have you installed anything else than LabVIEW (thinking about something like this)?
have you activated your license already?

Hi. the problem was due to a licence conflict, in the licence manager (apparently it silently executes before the splash screen). deactivating software licences, then reinserting them, solved the problem.
