hi everyone! our terahertz lab has this old machine newporter motion controller esp301. we were trying to get an image from an object, but the program starts after a while but gives no error. we know that the laser is fine, but guessing maybe the hardware is old. we tried to contact the firm but they do not respond and accepts no credit for faulty production. how can we solve this problem?

You may start with debugging the old program. Or try to test your hardware with other tools from its manufacturer. Or you may create a whole new program for your hardware and requirements. Or you may buy new hardware to replace the old devices.

So many options...
