The problem is same I am having a varrying phase difference as well as power factor. I have tried both VIs. I have made the following changes in the vi attached.

What is error observed? What is your accuracy expectation?

You are acquiring the signals using DAQ Assistance that too using finite samples. Using finite sample along with DAQ Assistant may cause a frequency leak at the starting and ending of time window.

Please create an analog continuous measurement task and read the samples in a while loop and process it.

You can use the “Voltage - Continuous Input.vi” example VI from LabVIEW
