retrieve IMAQdx GetImage2 state

I want to send softwaretrigger to my FGEN, when GetImage2 is waiting for a triggered image until the specified timeout elapsed. Any suggestions. I tried flat sequence, but that didnt work. Until now I split the error wire zo GetImage2 and SendTriggerVI and use the delay VI in front of SendTriggerVI. But this seems to be hacky.

Why don't you attach your code (.vi files, or a .zip of the entire Project) so we can see what you are really doing?
