splitter bars and pane sizes

I have taken over a project where the top-level VI uses splitter bars.

The top splitter bar is horizontal.

The left splitter bar is vertical and splits the bottom half at currently 1/6 of the width.

I want to decrease the width of the pane so that there isn't a horizontal scrollbar.

I can't figure out how to do that.

If the srollbar is in the left pane, right click on the splitter -> Left Pane -> Horizontal Scrollbar -> Off (or off while running)
