You can configure an executable to run after installation in the Files tab of the Edit Installer dialog. In the Local Files & Directories section, locate your executable on your system then add it to the Installation Files & Directories using the Add File button. One it is added to the installer, configure it to run after installation by right-clicking the executable in the Installation Files & Directories and choosing <executable> Options. In the Installation File Options you will find a check box to Launch After Installation. There is also a checkbox for Launch During Uninstallation if you are packaging another installer that you want to uninstall with your application.
