Vision Builder doesn´t detect my USB camara

Hello Everyone

i´m ussing:
Vision Builder 2019
IMAQX: 2019
camera: Allied Vision 1800 u 2050-c


When I try to connect my USB camera, it sends the following error message in Vision builder

However, when I check in NI MAX, I don't see any errors, and it reads the camera correctly.

I already replaced the IMAQX with the 2023 version, but it still has the same error. I just need to test the Vision Builder 2023.

Has anyone else experienced this type of failure?

For me it works, but I have the only simple USB Webcamas IMAQdx device:

Does it work with your integrated webcam as well instead of Allied Vision Cam?

The VBAI is more or less "Black Box", but what you can try is to migrate your acqusition step to LabVIEW:

Then in theory you should get the same error in development environment, but then you will be able to debug the code, and figure out whats going wrong.
