Hi,
I am new to Vision. I have a project in which I have to acquire an image of a mechanical part ( carburetor ), check if that part has a number engraved on it ( if not reject the component ). And then check if the number engraved on it was previously used or not. If no, pass the component and if yes reject the component.
Any Reference / suggestions on how to achieve this efficiently is appreciated. We have to give a PC based solution.
Kindly suggest which hardware to use and how to develop the inspection software.
