Error 200220 with CRIO 9081 and DAQ modules

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello,

I'm trying to use a CRIO 9081 with the modules NI9206. Max recognize the chassis but not the module.

When i try to add a DAQ associated to the NI9206 in Veristand, the error message 200220 it appears.

I was careful to use the same hardware names under MAX and Veristand but it does not work.
Do you have an idea to resolve the problem ?

Hi vincentlg,

and how are you accessing the channels? Do you use a task or you access the physical channels directly?

Hi,

I try to access the physical channels directly, juste by adding a DAQ in the system explorer to get an analogic input.

The modules are connected but Veristand but he mentions that the device is invalid...

And is the project properly configured?

You can see the guidelines here (most important is the OS and IP): https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000x2CvCAI&l=en-US#toc2

I find the solution, finaly it was necessary to add a custom device to scan for new engine and to detect the modules. Then it's possible to interact with modules.

Thank you for your help !
