Hi E.Essam,
Do you have a particular question or issue you're running into? Here are some resources with getting started in DAQmx: http://www.ni.com/tutorial/5468/en. I am assuming you want to read in an analog voltage on your device. If so, this is a resource that addresses that subject: http://www.ni.com/tutorial/5370/en
There are also some great analog input LabVIEW examples that can be found here in the Example Finder: Hardware Input and Output > DAQmx > Analog Input.
Also, you may find the myDAQ community useful: https://decibel.ni.com/content/community/academic/products_and_projects/mydaq.

Hi Sunaenae,
Actually i have try to build a simple Oscilloscope vi that takes analog voltages from NI-myDAQ ,
these Voltage represent Transfomer Primary Line voltage and Secondary line Voltage and display the phase Shift of each voltage .
thank you , the links are helpful
