Hi E.Essam,
Do you have a particular question or issue you're running into? Here are some resources with getting started in DAQmx: https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/06/getting-started-with-ni-daqmx--main-page... I am assuming you want to read in an analog voltage on your device. If so, this is a resource that addresses that subject: https://www.ni.com/en/shop/data-acquisition-and-control/what-are-multifunction-io-devices/taking-a-m...
There are also some great analog input LabVIEW examples that can be found here in the Example Finder: Hardware Input and Output > DAQmx > Analog Input.
Also, you may find the myDAQ community useful: https://decibel.ni.com/content/community/academic/products_and_projects/mydaq.

Hi Sunaenae,
Actually i have try to build a simple Oscilloscope vi that takes analog voltages from NI-myDAQ ,
these Voltage represent Transfomer Primary Line voltage and Secondary line Voltage and display the phase Shift of each voltage .
thank you , the links are helpful
