how to sync clocks on USB 6009 and USB 6343

Solved!

Hello,

Can anyone provide an example on how to sync clocks on USB 6009 and USB 6343?

I have checked the example VIs, but it depicts that we need to use 2 counters, one as source clock and one as trigger. But 6009 has only 1 clk.

I read the user manual and it is mentioned to use (ai/start-trigger) in order to use PFI0 as source.i am somehow confused as to how to acheive this.

Also, what would be the physical wiring connections?

thanks

Unfortunately, you are not going to be able to completely synchronize your USB-6009 and USB-6343 devices.  As you've found, the 6009 only has one counter onboard.

You can certainly use PFI0 as a digital trigger input to start your tasks at the same time.  However, the 6009 is a strictly software-timed device.  There is no way to import an external sample clock.
