DISK OR NETWORK ERROR. error code 3043

When double clicking on a component a message box pops up with the following: 

DISK OR NETWORK ERROR.

ERROR CODE:  3043

What does this mean? 

I also can not access my corporate database that is saved on our company network drive.  I verified I have read/write permissions for this file location.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like this error is mostly related to microsoft instead of Multisim itself, I found some infromation related and some suggestions that perhaps might be helpful for you in the following linkor also this one
