Move relative

Hello Guys,

Does Ultiboard have move relative command (similar to '*' key) which moves the component from it's actual position by given distance = relative to absolute coordinates?

Hi Jirkus,

The best way to do this is to double-click the part to open its properties and navigate to the Position tab. From there you can do a quick calculation based on how far you want to move the component and assign an new absolute X and Y value.

Thank you, it seems that there is no other solution but edit absolute coordinates. I was looking for the same functionality as Menthor Graphics Pads does. There you click the part, type srx 30 and the part is moved relatively 30 mils to the right.

Unfortunately that feature is not included. However I'd encouage you to post it in the Idea Exchange and see if others agree!
