Hi Guys,
I'm a new undergraduate student from University of Tehran. My professor give a brand new National Instruments' PXI device consisting of PXIe-1065, PXIe-8840, PXIe-5413, NI 5762.
The NI 5762 seems failed to work and may need repaired. How can I get support from National Instruments? Is there any ID or something need to be provided to find out the warranty of this device?

In general, contacting NI in your region is the best way. You can find an information here.
When you ask product repair, you need product serial number and your information.
But I suspect whether the product is really broken. It seems that it is a brand new product so,
I don't think it's easily broken.

Thanks for the reply. I have found a bar code printed with1DE807B in the NI 5762. Is it the serial number NI need? By the way, I can't find my country in ni.com, can I contact NI in neighboring country?
