The current installer does not support LabVIEW 2012 out of the box. You can get it to work with 2012 fairly easily though. Go ahead and install the product with 2011 support. Then you will need to copy the files it created under the LV2011 directory C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2011 to the LabVIEW 2012 folder. If you have LabVIEW 2011 installed as well it will be hard to tell which files are new.
Here are the following files (assuming you can't just easily copy the newly created directory hierarchy):
timeSyncCustom.rc
TimeSyncAdjustTime.vi
Convert TimeStamp To Raw Time.vi
timeSync.rch
timeSync.rc
TimeSyncPropertyNode.vi
dir.mnu
You need to ensure the directories these files live in relative to the base LV folder are the same between LV 2011 and LV 2012
