Roborio 2 5V Rail not working

Our team has a relatively new Roborio 2.0 that was working well until this competition season. The 5V power rail is now not working, and the status lights are blinking continuously. We vacuumed out any possible metal shavings that could exist, but the issue is persisting. Requesting a replacement Rio. 

On another note, we have another Rio 2.0 that has the known issue regarding the broken SD Card Slot and are requesting a replacement for that one as well.

This is Nahuel from NI, to double-check, have we tried the following steps for the RoboRIO 2.0 with the flashing STATUS-led? If so, do we still have the same STATUS-led behavior after performing them?

1. Use the process described here to reimage the roboRIO SD card: roboRIO 2.0 microSD Card Imaging
2. Once the SD card is imaged, reinsert it to the roboRIO and connect it to your computer by USB to set the team number using the roboRIO Imaging Tool.
3. If after successfully imaging the SD card and inserting it into the roboRIO, the roboRIO 2.0 exhibits the same behavior, try a different microSD card.
4. If the roboRIO has a red STATUS LED please visit: FRC roboRIO Light is Red.

Hi Nahuel, 

We did the steps described in your instructions, however the issue is persisting. Are there any other things that we should do or is this grounds to replace the RIO. We also have the problem where the SD card will not click into it's slot on another of our RIOs and would like to replace that one as well.
