Hello, I am the coach of a FIRST FRC team. We have a non-functional roboRIO because we are unable to update the firmware. We are receiving various error messages mentioning a "corrupted file." We sought help from a robotics tech advisor at FIRST Quebec and after several attempts to resolve the issue, nothing seems to work. The tech advisor had seen this problem before and seemed to suggest that it's something you are aware of. He had offered to submit a request for help/follow-up on our behalf to you. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, he lost his job as a tech advisor at FIRST Quebec. So, I am making this request myself. I don't have many technical details for you because it was really him who was giving me instructions to try to fix the issue.
