Can a Tab Control be placed in a Cluster?

I'm passing data to LV from TestStand.  I would like to pass the contents of a tab control via a cluster.  I cannot seem to get the tab control to add to the cluster.  Is it possible?

I'm using LV2013.

For me it would be a nice way to order stuff in clusters. There are related ideas on the idea exchanges, like "allow clusters to have pages", "allow tabs inside a cluster" etc.
