At NI, everything we do is about you and your success, even in this unprecedented time. We know that COVID-19 has created some challenges about how businesses will move forward, and as your trusted partner, we’re here to help you continue to engineer the extraordinary.
You are also permitted to install LabVIEW and activate on one personal machine as part of our normal licensing policy:
"Named-User License: License for an individual user to run the software. Also known as “user-based” license. With NI’s Named-User License, the software can be installed on up to 3 computers and can be running on only 1 computer at a time. This license option allows for an additional installation at home."
For non-commercial use, LabVIEW Community Edition is free at home: https://www.ni.com/en-us/shop/labview/select-edition/labview-community-edition.html

Come May we’ll have a LV Community edition fully released (hopefully!) which will be another option…

Be advised this is for current versions of LV and may have a few days lag for approvals if you want to use the pre-release from ni.com/beta at home.
