LabVIEW Executable file not responding in windows 10 when opening

I was trying to open the LabVIEW executable exe file, which ran fine earlier with Windows 7. However, the program randomly crashes when I open it on Windows 10. But after killing the application and waiting around 2 minutes, it started to work as usual.
This executable exe is used as the UI to connect to the test stand to run different test sequences. I tried compatibility settings to Windows 7, gave administrator rights, and tried running without any hook applications. But still, the problem remains the same.

Running Executables or Installers on Different Windows Versions

Installers and executables are only guaranteed to work on the operating system they are built on.  For example, a Windows 10 installer or executable may not work as expected on a different Windows version (e.g. Windows XP, Windows 8, or Windows 7).
