Contour analysis

Hello everyone !

I'm having some problems with this function contour analysis. This function is functional extracts a single, best contour from an image. But I want to take out many contour. Is there any way to get it out?

I know that this post is pretty old, so not sure if you've figured it out already. I'm a little confused about what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want to analyze each of the shapes in this image separately? If so, you will need to call 4 different Contour Analysis functions and specify a different ROI for each on that only contains the one shape you want to analyze.
