I have replaced the hard drive with a new one, and thing went through well, I think the hard drive is the core problem.Thank you, Bobby!

1. First step change the boot order from LabVIEW RT to Windows/others
2. Go to disk management, check for any unallocated disk space left in the HARD DISK
3. If So, Make partition for unallocated space
4. Boot with LabVIEW RT
This solution worked for me
