Really, athe end of the building process it would be nice to know how long the building process lasted.

One of the benefit would be to make build duration comparison between different LabVIEW versions much easier 😮

On a similar subject it would be nice to have a progress bar that actually reflected the time remaining.

The "time remaining" would probably be a very rough guess, since the progress speed is not very linear due to many factors that cannot be predicted. How about simply updating the elapsed time next to the progress bar so we can always see how long it took so far?

I like this idea, but even better I think LabVIEW should give personable remarks like it did on your panel.  It entertained me at least... 🙂

Yes, I thought about suggesting to add random comments, to entertain when something rather long is happenning... or hints like : "Data flows faster in straight wires"...
