Draw Line VI

Under the Pen -> Style, there is a "Dot" option.

But the output is not really a dot but a short dash. Can labVIEW make the output into a real single pixel dot?

Same applies to draw circle VI.

Draw Point.vi does that. But you'll have to switch yourself when the circle or rectangle gets too small.

Guess this could be called a bug, but then these picture tools are all a bit quirky.

"dot" is short for "dotted line", an English phrase for a line made out of dashes. The VIs are working as intended. However, we could add a new mode to draw with true dots, so I'll leave the idea open.

Got a totally wrong picture... Of course Draw Point.vi would provide a workaround at the moment, but you need to do the math.

Guess if it going to change, might as well change it to some sort of flexible "path", like lines in PDF or SVG. That way we can make any pattern we want.
