Feature request: do the test which tells us is the LV module going to work under Run Time Engine.

Hi,

It'd be good if we can have quick test/indication telling developers does the LV module we are work on will work under RTE, not only under the Development Environment.

This need came from TestSand environment where developers can observe LV modules (VIs llbs) don't work under RTE but nothing is wrong (white arrow not broken) when thye are called from under Development Environment.
