Merge Shared Variable Refnum with Shared Variable Control

The Shared Variable Refnum and Shared Variable Control (for the DSC Module) is essentially the same concept and I think that merging the two should be considered.  The recommendation from Daniel REDS in the NI Forum thread was that I post an idea to make a silver control of the Shared Variable Refnum.  I would say that would be nice, but I think that the two controls being merged into one would be more ideal since they both contain essentially the same Variable browser and conceptually are referring to the same thing.
