Separate Blinking property for each control

Providing separate blinking property for each control will be useful to do the better GUI. Providing separate blinking property for each control will provide the user to set different blinking duration and colour for each control. Default blinking property should be Blinking Duration: 1000ms Blink foreground: Yellow Blink background: Red
