The ability to register a quick drop shortcuts easily

Time-consuming to customize the Quick Drop Palette.

So, I tried a prototype plug-in VI to think a way to easily register. (Add Shortcut.vi attached)

There is a problem in how to identify the registered name of the function palette for this VI.
I do not support the object of all.
But, I want you to try and they work once.

Can then be used by storing in this folder.
\ LabVIEW 2013 \ resource \ dialog \ QuickDrop \ plugins \

Note: VI This rewrites the LabVIEW.ini. Please use it to back up
