Allow "Rearrange Cases" on a Case Structure with two cases

Why is "Rearrange Cases" not an option for a Case Structure with two cases?  This page (http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361H-01/lvdialog/rearrange_cases_dialog_box/) indicates that you need at least three cases in order to summon the Rearrage Cases dialog box.  What if you just want to swap the order of two cases (For example: so that the default case is first or last).  Currently, I have to add a dummy case, rearrange, and then delete the dummy case.

I have to ask, "why is this important"?  If scrolling through, whether you go up or down, you go to the other case.

If clicking on the dropdown list, the list is only two entries long, it's not hard to pick among only 2 choices.

It seems to have been important enough for someone to decide to disallow it! 

Personally, I have moments of OCD where I have been bugged by this. Unless there is a good technical reason why this is prevented then I fail to see why it should be.

I suppose it does come down to OCD, to some extent.  But when my OCD does rear its ugly head, I wish that the User interface was more efficient for these sorts of tasks.

I agree with the idea that things should be more consistent: Less micromanaging or the right-click menu items in general!

There is nothing wrong with showing the "rearrange cases" option for case structures with two or even one case, even if it seems not very useful. If properly written, nothing will blow up with the rearrange dialog if there are less than 3 case entries.

Why, some ask? I have two similar VIs that have a structure with two cases but opposite order. I don't want the Compare VIs Tool to keep showing me those cases as different. Furthermore, if one is Default and empty but first and the other Default and empty second, the Compare VIs Tool shows me another supposed change "Difference Type: default case". Rearrange could quickly prevent that difference noise.
