Create Delimiter for Write to Spreadsheet - Clean up required

In Write to Spreadsheet File.vi when we try to create control for the Delimiter, the control gets overlayed over the VI itself. The same is not happening in the case of Read from Spreadsheet.vi file, so this need attention. Please ignore if it is already suggested.

I don't see the behavior LV2013.

It happens with LabVIEW 2012. When I checked in 2014 its not happening but the Control is getting placed at the top which is supposed to be at the bottom as it creates for the Read from Spreadsheet file.vi.  So in any case a cleanup is required.

Not only this, there are quite other functions that show this kind of behaviour.
