Lock/Unlock All Xcontrols Right-click Selection for Editing of Project Library

I refer to the following Knowledgebase article:

Idea is:  Right-click project library in project explorer and select "Lock/Unlock All Xcontrols for Editing of Project Library"

It is extremely inconvenient in order to edit the project library to, as per the above KB article, either:

(a) close all VIs in the library containing XControls; or

(b) manually unlock for editing and then lock all XControls
