Show Run-Time Menu while using "Change to Run Mode"

When I hit CTRL+M to "Change to Run Mode" on a UI front panel, several run-time window properties are applied (scrollbars are hidden, toolbar goes away, closing/minimizing options are applied to window...) except the application menu is still visible. I propose the Run-Time Menu be shown rather than the app menu. The developer should be able to navigate the stubbed menu, just like when using the Preview on the RTM Editor.

(On the menu subject, it would also be handy to see an updated RTM Editor and some Menu Upgrades.)

Our poor NI Senior District Sales Manager got suprised by this bug at our LabVIEW Developer Education Day.  If this even confuses the NI guys, something is really wrong.

Oops! Well, I hesitate to call this a bug, since the current action may have been by design. I would classify it as undesirable, unexpected behaviour.

Is it too late to kudo this? I missed it by only 28 days. I just came across this need when needing to set a specific UI state for a screen shot grab for documentation. Having the custom run time menu set would be ideal for screen shots.
