Show the Context Help for packed project library VI terminals. Without it, development suffers. For example, a wire conflict occurs but the nature of the source or sink type is not available for inspection.
The information in development is class private, you won't be able to do anything with it. This is why it doesn't (and probably shouldn't) show.
If you give the terminals an actual description, it will (probably) show, just like tip strips.
The class's private data is library developer information, and the user of the library should get library user data (though the description). At least, that's the idea.
I see the purpose for 3rd-party PPLs; the build specification could indicate whether to suppress it or not. Our use is internal and the lack of help is a handicap.
