Coffee, Compost, and NIWeek 2013

The 3,500+ attendees at this year's NIWeek were awfully busy.

To get an idea of what they were capable of, take a look at some post-NIWeek numbers:

• Drinking over 1,800 gallons of coffee (that's enough to fill four hot tubs).
• Using over 12,000 compostable forks
• Conserving over 35,000 pounds of recyclable materials
• Taking over 1,100 photos at the NIWeek photobooth (see a few of them here).
