Answer is C. The Chart show the 4 signals in order to time 0,1,2,3 -> line 1, then repeat for loop 5 to generate 5 lines. It is different with Graph.
it has 4 random variable, so in chart 4 line should be there. then N=5, so its from 1-5 not 0-5. so 5 points should be there. then the answer is D
